This wind farm offloads its energy to the grid via a 220/33kV substation formed by a 220kV line position to the Maitencillo substation, a transformer and 13 medium-voltage circuits.
On this occasion, Ingeteam will supply the complete control, measurement and protection system, which consists of the detailed electrical engineering, cabinet supply, digital equipment from its
INGEPAC™ EF family with IEC 61850 technology, as well as the logic project, substation commissioning, and the connection to the various telecontrol desks.
This new contract joins the different projects developed by Ingeteam in Chile, installing protection, control and measurement systems for almost 1GW of renewable energy projects allowing the company to consolidate itself as one of the references in this market.
