The on-board traction cabinet houses two inverters, brake chopper, auxiliary inverter (200 kVA) and auxiliary equipment. All the equipment has been integrated to minimise space and weight. The TCMS is based on the Plug&Play concept.
The commissioning was conducted at PESA’s facilities in Bydgozsz (Poland) over a 4 week period. The locomotive is currently undergoing homologation in Poland.
