Ingeteam is extending its INGESYS™ IC2 range as well as the predictive maintenance and monitoring options it offers through INGESYS™ CMS, by including a new accelerometer signal capturing module in the INGESYS™ IC2 solution.
The new vibration signal acquisition module consists of the following:
- 4 inputs for IEPE accelerometer, with sampling at 48Ksa/s. Includes measuring the polarisation voltage of accelerometers for diagnosis.
- 1 configurable measurement analog input (+/- 10V or +/- 20mA).
- 1 input for counting incremental encoder pulses.
The internal modular architecture of INGESYS™ IC2 permits the inclusion of several units of this module into one single system, which will make it possible to meet the needs of applications that require a larger number of accelerometers (4, 8, and 12) and signals.
This new module seeks to cover applications with more limited requirements needing a more basic and competitive solution.
As with its predecessors, the new module complies with EN50155 and EN45545-2 railway standards, permitting its incorporation into an RCM system for a train's predictive maintenance.
