Ingeteam is to showcase its latest developments at Intersolar Europe 2016

Once again, Ingeteam will be present at Intersolar Europe, the world's leading solar trade fair. On a 100 m2 stand, the company will showcase its main technological solutions for the solar energy sector, self-consumption, energy storage and e-mobility

Likewise, at the event, Ingeteam is to present the latest advances in operation and maintenance services, a sector in which the company has established itself as a global leader, with more than 6.7 GW of total power maintained in renewable energy generation plants. Ingeteam is responsible for the maintenance of 25,000 inverters in more than 500 PV plants throughout the world.

The 2016 edition will be held yet again at the Messe München exhibition centre in Munich, from the 22nd to 24th June.

On its stand, Ingeteam is to showcase its latest 1,500 Vdc INGECON® SUN PowerMax B Series inverter. With this central inverter it is now possible to deliver an output power of up to 1,640 kVA in a single power block. Thanks to this solution, Ingeteam achieves up to 4.9 MVA in a single 40-foot-long MV Power Station. The 1,000 Vdc version of this central inverter family is able to provide 1,165 kVA up to 35ºC ambient temperature.

Visitors will also be able to see the company's single-phase inverter (2.5 up to 6 kW) and three-phase (10 up to 40 kW) string inverters, both of which are suitable for operation in self-consumption mode.

Also on show will be Ingeteam's single-phase and three-phase battery inverters, within the INGECON® SUN STORAGE range. These inverters, originally designed for stand-alone systems, can also operate connected to the public grid, offering self-consumption, grid support and back-up functionalities.

Finally, e-mobility is a business with a category of its own within the energy sector. For this reason, electric vehicle charging stations will also be present at Intersolar. This year, visitors will be able to try out the recently-launched INGEREV® CITY Duo dual charging station, and will also get the chance to see the INGEREV® GARAGE Basic station, designed for private use.

Electrical Energy Storage
Roberto González, the Ingeteam Technical Director for the Solar area will present a paper at the EES forum (Electrical Energy Storage), setting out the key technical features of Ingeteam's battery inverters and the best way to integrate storage systems into PV plants. This forum, sponsored by Ingeteam, consists in a cycle of conferences on energy storage technologies given by experts from companies within the sector.

Come and visit us at Intersolar Europe, at stand 430, Hall B2.
