The INGESYS™ IT SCADA system has different software modules specifically designed to meet the needs of O&M personnel in energy and industrial facilities.

Among these software modules, we can highlight the remote monitoring and notification modules as the most widely accepted by maintenance personnel.

The evolution of telecommunications infrastructures in recent years and new developments in software now allow the monitoring of the status of substations continuously and in real time.

With this technology, O&M personnel receive a warning when unscheduled events appear, with concrete and precise information on the anomaly. This allows maintenance personnel to activate the most appropriate response in each case, avoiding in many cases making unnecessary trips to the substation, which are sometimes in remote or inaccessible places.

During the first part of the year, Ingeteam has successfully completed different implementation projects for these software modules, both in renewable energy generation plants and in electricity networks and the naval sector.

In this last sector, the ORTZE project stands out, being the first electric-hybrid ship in Spain capable of navigating in electric mode with zero emissions. INGESYS™ IT allows to monitor all the ship's variables in real time and performs centralized alarm management, which is accessible both from the command bridge and from any mobile device that connects to the system via the web from anywhere on the ship.
