Trials for commercial operation of the TALGO high Speed vehicles for Uzbekistan have started. 

INGETEAM has accomplished the delivery of traction, auxiliary converters and TCMS, according to the agreement reached in 2016, 

Ingeteam already has maintenance teams in this country, who will also provide coverage for these vehicles, once the commissioning process has been completed. 

Ingeteam's participation in the  project dates back to 2011, with the supply of equipment for the High-Speed trains for the Tashkent-Samarkanda line in Uzbekistan. Two of the new tractor units will be running on this same line, whilst the other two are for the new Tashkent-Bukhara HS line. The trains comprise 11 cars, set to run at a maximum speed of 250 km/h.
