Ingeteam to participate in Innotrans 2022

  • Power modules, which are the main basis for INGETRAC traction converters and electric motors for the railway sector, will be on display in Hall 9 stand 615.
  • The control and monitoring range, designed specifically for railway applications, will be on display in Hall 27 stand 700.
  • Predictive maintenance solutions will also be presented that contribute to the reliability of an installation.

Ingeteam designs and supplies solutions for rolling stock, including complete traction systems (power converters, electrical machines and TCMS), as well as subsystem control and predictive maintenance solutions. Today, leading rolling stock manufacturers rely on products developed by Ingeteam, which is why more than 400 electric trains include equipment manufactured by the company. Ingeteam has boosted its activities in the railway and mobility sector, including INDAR traction motors and generators adapted to the requirements of each project.

This year, as has become usual, we will once again participate in the Innotrans trade fair to be held in Berlin from 20 to 23 September. In Hall 9, stand 615 information will be available on energy-efficient traction systems with maximum availability and low maintenance costs, tailored to customer requirements and based on INGETRAC traction converters, INDAR electrical machines and auxiliary elements.

INGETRAC traction converters cover the entire range of voltages (750 Vdc, 1,500 Vdc, 3,000 Vdc, 15 kVac, and 25 kVac) and power ratings from trams to metros, EMUs, locomotives and high speed. They are based on the integration of power modules that incorporate the latest semiconductor technology, key to offering modularity and a high degree of standardisation in our converters.

In Hall 27, stand 700, the INGESYS control and monitoring range will be on display, designed specifically for railway applications with EN50155 and EN45545-2 certification, and which meets both the needs of train automation (TCMS, VCU, RIO, communication gateways, etc.) and its subsystems (HVAC, WC, DCU, FDS, etc.). The predictive maintenance solution will also be presented, as well as train monitoring tools.

The INGESYS RCM predictive maintenance solution combines INGESYS Datalogger acquisition hardware and INGESYS ACM Advanced Analysis and Diagnostic Software, which offers an extensive set of tools aimed at solving train monitoring needs. INGESYS ACM enables the root cause of failures to be discovered, reducing unplanned downtime and increasing the availability and reliability of the installation.
