1. Hotline service

   The Hotline Service shall cover following assignments:

  • Support on failure identifications
  • Support on trouble shooting guidelines
  • Manage field service assistances
  • Support to define list of materials and tools to perform repairs

2. Spare parts management

  • Stock of Parts at each Service Center depending on the sets / motor in operation in the region.
  • Warranty of supplied Parts as Indar General Conditions of Sales.
  • Full Spare Part Management on request.

3. Repair services

  • Set / Motor Inspection.
  • Root Cause Analysis.
  • Set / Motor Repair.
  • Implement state of the art repair procedures.
  • New set / motor testing criteria.

4. Training services

  • Covered areas:
    • Set / Motor description.
    • Requirements during transport, storage.
    • Assembly and installation requirements.
    • Comissioning and start-up.
    • Preventive inspection and maintenance.
    • Corrective maintenance / troubleshooting.
  • Set / Motor installation, operation and maintenance manual.
