INGETEAM is unquestionably an employee focussed company.

Since the company's foundation, at INGETEAM we have made it a priority to support the personal and professional development of our employees. This is crucial to ensuring the commitment of our employees in all our projects, as well as to promoting effective teamwork in order to deliver excellent service to our customers.

At present, we form a team of almost 4,000 employees, principally located in Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Navarra and Albacete, as well as more than 20 international sites in 5 continents.
