New INGESYS CMS Toolsuite version already available

Over the last few months, the development of the INGESYS™ CMS Tool Suite application has taken a huge leap forwards in terms of improving the INGESYS monitoring solution and equipping it with new tools that enable an even more exhaustive analysis of acquired information.

Latest additions include the kinematic tool which allows you to automatically locate possible typified failure frequencies for the different physical elements involved in the machines to be monitored:  bearings, gears, etc.  The kinematic tool makes it possible to create different machine components and determine their errors depending on the rotational speed, so that when signals are analysed based on the frequency, the indication of frequencies susceptible to failure is immediate.

The option of adding user Notes and Labels has also been included, which facilitate fleet monitoring and analysis tracking. Each user can set up labels with the desired shape, colour and text and use them as indicators of error severity, pending maintenance operations, etc.  In short, the user's task is facilitated since the monitoring that has taken place until this point is summarised at a glance.

There have also been improvements in terms of methods for displaying data, since new views have been added which make it possible to correlate data both from one source and from different machines. The three new views show both the set of machine trends and the signal and trend combination through which you can browse between dates, filter statuses, compare between machines and much more.

The acquisition configuration options have also been improved thanks on the one hand to the introduction of alarming techniques, which make it possible to graphically determine parameter monitoring threshold values, and on the other, thanks to configuration propagation actions that automatically update the configuration of parameters and signals of the same source from a reference configuration.

Nevertheless, the most striking new feature involves the integration into the INGESYS™ solution of third-party system monitoring data. Thanks to this development, not only can you integrate raw data from source system files but it is also possible to handle information as would an INGESYS™ CMS, configuring the processing desired and monitoring the values of certain characteristic values. Thus, it is possible to merge the machine condition information into one single database from which an entire fleet of multi-manufactured systems can be monitored.

All of these improvements combined with other new features make INGESYS™ CMS Tool Suite the basic monitoring application from which to maintain and monitor our clients' CMS's.
