The values that form part of Ingeteam’s Corporate Culture, common to all our business and companies, and which form an integral part of our identity, are:

  • Our personnel are fundamental to our company: since one of our most valuable assets are the people, we fully believe in their skills and support the training of teams with excellent human qualities.   Everybody should feel useful and important when executing their work tasks. 
    First we have to acknowledge our own individual values and the importance of maintaining a work environment that will lead to personal satisfaction.  We must provide security and development opportunities to each individual person working in our company.

  • Evaluating human actions and values: in both future employment candidates and already employed personnel we must always search to find the candidate whose character and personality that will positively contribute towards our new culture.  No academic education or knowledge, required for the position, should compensate for the candidate’s lack of human values.  Recognise the individual value of our employees, by offering them a work environment that will promote personal satisfaction and provide safety and progress opportunities. 

  • Not be afraid of making mistakes: people should feel confident and not be afraid to make decisions associated to the  position held in the company. Confidence is encouraged, not by reprimanding people for making mistakes, but by making them analyse and learn from said errors.  

  • Positive thinking “Optimism”! with positive thinking better decisions can be made.  Throughout the working day problems are bound to arise.  With a positive attitude and determination problems can be easily solved.  Negative and pessimistic attitudes must be eradicated.  Nobody likes to deal with a pessimist, and our clients less so.  Winner mentality.
     
  • Team work: encourage teamwork. The results obtained by a team, where each element put its best contribution, supersede those obtained by each team member individually.

  • Creativity and enthusiasm: seek to bring out the creativity in all teams.  Apply it to all products, procedures, etc. Never be satisfied with "this is the way it has always been done" Be critical with the tasks we undertake and always try to improve.  Promote the creativity and enthusiasm, shown by the majority of the people in their private lives, should also be present inside the company.  Introduce NEW IDEAS in the company.

  • Have fun and make friends at work: promote recreational and game activities between co-workers. Outings, dinners, sports, etc…improve relations and promote team spirit.  Motivate the celebration of successes. 

  • Conciliate work and family life: provide opportunities and flexibility in working days and hours, etc., to conciliate work life and family life.  Special priority should be given to maternity, by providing support measures. 

  • The customer our reason for being there: Centre all our efforts and resources in fully satisfying our customers’ needs and expectations, current and future. This can be done by presenting offers that exceed those of our competitors, which are provided with the best quality and help services.  It is not only indispensable to understand the customer, it is also important to manage on a permanent basis its expectations and measure his level of satisfaction. This way we create a lasting and mutually advantageous relationship.  Also, progress internally by making our customer’s activity the centre of our attention, by making sure that our organisation is fully adaptable to the demands and needs of the customer.
  • Honesty, transparency and loyalty: base our internal and external relations with customers, suppliers, public entities and surroundings in general in principles of honesty, transparency and loyalty. Build lasting relationships with all partners and others that strategically play an important role in the development of activities.   To achieve this we must assume an attitude that is open to external collaboration and considers the possibility of alliances and strategic agreements with third parties aimed at developing and consolidating business.

  • Social commitment: promote the seriousness and co-responsibility of the contractual and institutional commitments. Assume a commitment with the well-being, technological development and the environment, by actively contributing towards the sustainable development of the environment where the activity is taking place. 
    For this purpose, Ingeteam will be proactive in undertaking the required initiatives required to its corporate social responsibility.
