INGETEAM SMART HOUSE
The addition of an energy storage system makes it possible to achieve high levels of self-consumption, given the fact that it is possible to store the energy produced for use at peak consumption times.
Thanks to the INGECON EMS Manager, the instlalation is controlled and monitored at all times. This smart controller is able to manage the power inverters (PV and battery), the loads and the electric vehicle charging stations, if there are any.
Two-way battery inverter
Ingeteam has developed a two-way battery inverter that features a PV input. Thanks to the INGECON SUN STORAGE 1Play inverter, two technologies can be combined in a single equipment. This inverter is available with or without transformer and it is compatible with every battery technology.
The smart manager is configurable for all kind of strategies as it adapts to every customer's circumstances. The system can be configured to prioritize the battery charging, the grid feed-in or the zero export, always searching to maximise the self-consumption ratio, no matter the chosen strategy.
INGETEAM SMART INDUSTRY
For those installations in which it is not desired to export or inject the energy surplus to the grid, Ingeteam has developed an innovative system to limitate the photovoltaic production, in order to generate exclusively the amount of energy that the loads demand. If the installation features only one PV inverter, then the inverter can do it alone. If it is a more complicated system (several inverters), then the INGECON EMS Manager is required in order to control all the elements. The manager will just need to be configured to follow a Zero Export strategy.
For those countries where net-metering is permitted, with or without coupling an energy storage system to the installation, Ingeteam's inverters are suitable. Again, the INGECON EMS Manager will be needed for those schemas featuring several inverters.
