Electromechanical Test

Management, preparation and execution of the mechanical, electrical and instrument commissioning in the naval, energy and oil&gas sectors, among others. Pine Equipos Eléctricos can carry out turnkey projects in every discipline starting with the commissioning engineering, installation’s verification and Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning as well as the maintenance of the equipments.

In the mechanical testing, Pine Equipos Eléctricos can develop tasks in pipelines such as preservation, pressure test up to 2.500 bars, bolt tensioning and torquing, chemical cleaning, drying, flushing, as well as video inspection services or thermographic inspection. Regarding to electricity and instrumentation, transformer testing, UPS, engines, generators, start ups of any equipment, continuity and isolation cables test, loop test, alarms and securities shutdowns verifications, logics and set points optimization are included.

To perform this work, Pine Equipos Eléctricos count on a highly specialized and fully qualified staff, supported by an extensive list of successful projects, and using the most advanced control and inspection equipments.

Pine Equipos Eléctricos has its own calibration laboratory where it is possible to certify equipments up to 1.200 bars and 600 ºC.

The test methodology is supported by a Commissioning Management Software called iteamPCS, designed and developed by Pine Equipos Eléctricos for the document management and the control of every phase of Project execution.

IteamPCS has 7 different modules: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Technical Reception of equipments on site, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Maintenance and Preservation, Cables and Signals. It is guaranteed the full traceability and the complete control of task to execute having access on real time all around the world.

This is the commissioning "engineering", consisting in assigning equipment and components to systems and sub-systems.

This involves performing those operations required prior to the start-up of the various systems and sub-systems.
The management and generation of the documentation associated with the mechanical completion and commissioning.
