The Dubai trade fair (Middle East Electricity – MEE) is undoubtedly one of the world’s most renowned networking events in the electrical sector. Ingeteam obviously attended in February and was intensely active, meeting clients, partners and distributors with whom we had the opportunity to coordinate sales strategies for new forthcoming projects.

Mexico WindPower took place between 1st - 2nd March and Ingeteam was represented by its various business units present in the country: Power Grid Automation, Energy and Service. This event offered the opportunity to participate in talks with those involved in the market, discuss control and automation solutions as well as STATCOM solutions with reference to the new grid code requirements applicable in Mexico. It was also a good opportunity to establish and maintain contacts with a view to the imminent deployment of wind farms in Mexico; these plants will have to comply with new and demanding dynamic reactive power/voltage response requirements.
