LG Chem approves the Ingeteam hybrid inverter for use with the RESU Series batteries
LG Chem, a leading energy storage system manufacturer, has approved the use of its RESU 6.4 EX battery with the Ingeteam INGECON® SUN STORAGE 1Play hybrid inverter.

With a capacity of 6.4 kWh, the lithium-ion battery made by LG Chem is designed for residential and commercial use, storing electricity and optimising the energy efficiency of the system, thanks to the stabilisation of the power supplied.

For its part, the Ingeteam inverter makes it possible to connect a PV array and a battery bank to the same unit, thereby reducing the cost of the system as a whole. This is a single phase, 3 to 6 kW inverter, designed for single and three phase residential and commercial installations alike.

Thanks to the inverter and battery combination, it is now possible to store the solar energy generated during the day, so that it can be consumed at night, thereby achieving the highest possible self-consumption rates and even offering the possibility of achieving complete energy self-sufficiency.
Moreover, Ingeteam is now testing LG Chem’s new RESU 48V-Series batteries and will soon get the final approval certifying the total compatibility between Ingeteam’s INGECON® SUN STORAGE inverter and LG Chem’s RESU 48V-Series battery.

Both companies will showcase their new products at the Intersolar Europe fair, to be held from the 22nd to 24th June in Munich, Germany.

Visit Ingeteam at booth B2.430 and LG Chem at booth B1.510.
